Designer Outlet Roermond
Designer Outlet Roermond is located next to the historic center of Roermond.
The project has received a major expansion and we were able to visualize this. The first phase of the brand village consisted of around 70 stores.
In 2005, construction began on phase 2, a series of 60 stores in pseudo-Amsterdam style.
In 2008 the brand village had around 120 stores and almost all spaces were rented out.
The center welcomed over 2.9 million visitors annually.
A third extension phase was completed in September 2011.
This phase resulted in an additional 7000 m² of floor space, as a result of which the retail area grew to 35000 m².
In terms of number of stores, the shopping center is growing from 113 to 150 stores.
From 2011 Roermond is home to the largest outlet center in the Benelux and Germany.
We were able to visualize the new phases of the designer outlet in roermond.
The outlet has been built in several phases and it is still being worked on today to turn it into a beautiful shopping center.
A phase of this project consists of a large promenade with many restaurants. There are also apartments located above the restaurants.
These people can look out every day at the activity of the outlet center.
A large apartment complex is being built directly on the Maas quay with a harbor. These appertments are very luxurious.
The architecture of this building is unique.
The building appears to be falling over and has a rotating effect.
These people have a beautiful view over Roermond.
